Shipping policy

Shipping Process

On average, it takes 2-5 business days for us to process your order and forward it to our courier's sorting center. For some products, this may take longer, especially on important holidays

(up to 10 days) or if the order contains highly sought-after, limited-availability products.

Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, no changes can be made (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase.

We ship on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

For orders containing multiple products, the products may be shipped separately and delivered at different times, depending on the location of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking
All orders are processed with a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking code when your order is transferred to the courier's sorting center.

Some couriers may take several days to update tracking information.

If it has been more than 5 business days since your purchase and tracking is still not available, please contact us.

Shipping

Shipping times vary by country or region. We do not guarantee delivery times.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States: 7-14 business days

Canada, Europe: 10-14 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 business days

Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 business days

While we make every effort to ensure punctual delivery, Veiloa Budapest is not responsible for delays due to external circumstances such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations or other events beyond our control.

Duties, taxes and customs clearance fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are applied upon arrival of the shipment in the recipient's country.

These costs are solely borne by the recipient.

Veiloa Budapest has no influence on these fees and cannot predict their amount in advance.

If a shipment is refused and returned to sender, you are responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.

Customs policies vary by country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

Veiloa Budapest is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If the tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly and open a report.

Note: We use the courier's tracking information and delivery confirmation to evaluate complaints about damage or non-delivery. We cannot guarantee that your complaint will be accepted if it is not reported properly.

Liability for incorrect address

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the correctness of the address provided before placing an order.

We start processing the order immediately after placing the order, therefore we cannot change the address after the order has been sent.

If the package has already been processed by the shipping department, we cannot retrieve it or change its destination.

Important Shipping Information

All bottles and decorative containers sold on our website are shipped empty, without liquid.

Liquids are not included in orders.

This policy is in place to prevent leaks, spills, damage during shipping, and potential customs restrictions. Shipping products without liquid ensures a safer international shipment and protects both the product and the packaging.

Customers are responsible for refilling their bottles after delivery.
