Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to return it.

A product can only be returned if it is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags not removed, and in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other proof of purchase.

If we find your return request valid, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to return the product. We will not accept returns of products that you have not requested to be returned in advance.

Damage and other issues with the product
Please inspect the shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or not the product you ordered, so that we can investigate the case and take the necessary steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable products
Certain types of products cannot be returned. These include perishable products (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (such as custom-made or personalized products), and personal hygiene products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have a question or complaint about a specific product, please contact us.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you received and, once it has been received, purchase the product you want again.

14-day grace period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, for products delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days or to return the ordered product. In this case, the above conditions also apply: the product must be in the condition in which you received it, it cannot be worn, used, the labels must not be removed, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or other document proving the purchase.

Refund
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked the returned product and let you know whether we have found your refund claim to be legitimate. If so, the refund will be made within 10 working days using the payment method you used to pay for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and transfer it back to your account.
